Mislead and treated poorly.. I was told by the finance manager that I would not incur additional charges for financing a car instead of paying cash. I had wanted to pay cash, but they insisted that I finance instead. When I went to pay off my loan, additional charges were incurred and when I attempted to resolve the situation with the dealer, I was treated very poorly by management and the owner - Tony Hudgins.

I was told any mistake made was my own misunderstanding. I was told that I had no valid complaint and that I was just trying to get something for nothing. This was done in the middle of the show room. My character was attacked for no reason and I would never do business with this company any more.

Great customer service. The service dept was very professional. I had a check engine light on and exhaust leak. They helped me get in and out quickly.
