My experience started with a broken pair of glasses which I did not purchase from this office. I just walked in and asked if they could fix my broken frame (I thought the frame was broken but it only needed a screw and new nose pads). The office was very beautiful inside and the staff was really friendly. The optician was also very friendly. Ten minutes later he came back and had repaired them, changed my nose pads and cleaned them for me. He charged me $5 for the nose pads and $3.50 to replace the one screw that was missing. I had surely thought that my glasses were gonners, but what a pleasant surprise, it made my day. They were so nice that I made an appointment for an eyeglass exam. After twenty years, that was my most thorough eye exam ever. The entire office was professional and friendly. I now bring all of my family there and have recommended American Eye Care to several friends.

What happened to your customer service?. My experience keeps keeps getting worse. After my last experience I decided to order my contacts through an online supplier. The online suppliers had to verify my prescription with American Eye Care first. They were told by American Eye Care that the prescription was 'expired'. This is not true, someone made a mistake. The prescription is less than 2 months old, it is time for them to do right by their customers.

Great customer service and friendly staff!. I just moved to Fort Benning with my family in July. I did a little research trying to find a reputable eye doctor that took Tricare. My wife and I decided to give American Eye Care a try. Great customer service when scheduling the appointment. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. We weren't even charged for the contact lens exam, as we have been at other places in the past. Tricare covered the complete exam. Thanks for the great care, I will definitely recommend to my colleagues!

I love my new glasses!!. I recently had an eye exam at American Eye Care and purchased glasses. Great customer service and products! I love my new Prada glasses! Thank you so much!!
