Appliances and LESS. I have used this company for the last 3 years and their service had been great. Up until NOW. I have called for my oven racks for 4 days now, and for them to come fix my washer since they come to find out DID hook my washer up wrong Thank You Professional Washer Guy whom fixed it RIGHT. My oven racks are on the way only because someone else HAD to get them. I really did have Faith in this " Company " but since they can't keep their appointments nor bring our items they say, they don't deserve our business anymore. BECAREFUL

DON'T SHOP HERE!. We had to go to small claims court to get our $300 refund when they could not repair or replace our unit. They would not answer or return our phone calls. Notice that the only positive reviews are by the owners, the Hesters (Randy and Michele). I agree about the insulting recording on their store answering machine.

Appliances & More - Columbus GA. Company is quick sell some merchandise but will not honor their 1-year warranty for repairs. My washer has been knocking since 1 month after the purchase. Made a service request for repairs and they gave me the run-around. First time, I left work to wait for the tech and after 2 hours, they called to say the tech was hung up at another site. Then the tech called days later to say his wife was sick. They do not understand that business is business. 2nd time, I had the technician to come out and say he was ordering a part and he would call the next day. It has been a full week now and they refuse to answer my calls nor will they call me back.

Customer service is terrible at this place. It is a complete waste of time to do business with this company.

great appliances. they sale great used appliance at great prices. they have a good selection to choose from,they deliver and set up washer and dryers and if you check around prices and condition at other stores you will see they have the best prices and the cleanest appliances.

BUY NEW. I PURCHASE A USED STOVE AND THE SALESMAN TOLD ME THEY HAD ONE THING TO REPLACE AND I COULD GET IT THE NEXT DAY @ NOON HOWEVER AROUND 12:45 NO STOVE SO I CALLED THE STORE ONLY TO GET THE ANSWERING MACHINE ,IT WAS THE NEXT DAY WHEN I HEARD FROM THE OWNER AND HE EXPLAIN THAT THE STOVE I PICKED WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY AND THAT I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK BUT ONCE I WENT TO GET MY MONEY BACK HE GAVE ME SUCH A HARD TIME THEY WOULDN'T RETURN ANY OF MY CALLS IT TOOK ME 2 WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK............. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
