HORRIBLE MANAGER/OWNER. Last night after our playoff kickball game my team and another kickball team went to willys....our team sat out on the porch. there was only 1 waitress for all of these people so she had to call the manager/owner back to work and i guess she was pissed bc she couldnt get more alcohol in her system so she came back with the worst attitude making snappy comments at everyone. The entire teams food and drinks took at least 30-45 min to get i waited 30 min on a refill on diet coke and ranch dressing. towards the end of the night the manager snapped on one of my players and i quote exactly what she said " Yall need to stop giving my waitress a hard time if yall dont like it yall can go back to Loco's and get the hell out of my resturaunt." after that it got ugly. my team remained calm and continued to be as nice to the waitress as we had been all night. i asked the waitress if we had given her any problems because we had been nice to her all night she said and i quote " No she is like that all the time just ignore her." That lady was rude and very innapropriate and i will tell everyone i know NOT to eat there!!!!

Worst Meal Ever!!!. I havent lived in Columbus for many years... But whenever I came to visit, I loved to go to Ben's Wings and Things!! It was delicious!! Homemade Hot wings, home made french fries, and home made blue cheese dressing... Sadly I found Ben's is no more... On my last night here, my mother wanted to take me some where nice, I pleaded with her to have wings, as I live in a foreign country, where hot wings is not served... Well, all I can say is I wish I would have done a search online... Willy's was THE WORST!! The wings were not cooked well, the crappy crinkle cut frozen fries were awful and tasted of freezer burn, and the blue cheese dressing was served in these mini to go cups, with peel off lids!! Like we were camping or something!! It was a miserable meal, and very depressing and truly reminded me of something of Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. If you dont know anything about cooking, you shouldn't be in the food business... I wasn't expecting Cordon Bleu, just on par with Ben's... Natural, Homemade... They say they're the best, but they are the worst, and I truly feel ill...Horrid experience...

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!. This place is disgusting. Like the posts say before, the place is a wreck. The employees obviously smoke in the kitchen. The food is expensive, and its a poor quality of food. I was sickened to see roaches crawling up the walls, as well as out of the microwave where someone's cheese dip had just been heated. And the manager treats her employess like they are dogs. NEVER AGAIN will I eat at this place. It should be shut down.
