Worst Dinning experience I've ever had.... My party of 24 had dinner reservations at 7pm on a Saturday night at Mark's City Grill. It was a rehearsal dinner. We all showed up on time and they had not reserved a table for us. We finally got sat at a table at 8:30!! The first plate of food came out to us at 9:30 and I finished my dinner and half of the others in the party where still waiting on there food to come out! We had 5 children with us age 8 an under. Around 10pm when 3 of the children still didn't have there food the mothers left to take the kids home and feed them and put them to bed. The owner was very apologetic but did not want to fix the problem with the bill at all, and added 18% gratuity on top of that. I will never go back to this establishment. If we just would of had or table at 7pm, like we had reversed, all of this could have been avoided!! Poor management. Oh and about 80% of our food that did come out was cold.
