Two Men and a Truck Movers

Two Men and a Truck of Auburn, AL moved our belongings to our new house about 5 weeks ago. The move was approximately 2 miles and they TOTALLY destroyed my 4-poster rice bed !! One of the posters is split, and the opposite poster is knicked and scratched in several different places. The bed is ruined ( of course, the owner begs to differ !) This is not all they ruined. A dresser / mirror that was just purchased in February '12 was also knicked - like someone hit it with a hammer. The 2 movers went to lunch with their truck full of furniture, which I am guessing is against company policy, and since the move was so short, I am also guessing the furniture wasn't packed as well as it should have been had the move been longer. The owner has NOT come to look at the damage, and is of the opinion that we should let his furniture fixers repair (?) it and us just shut the hell up. DO NOT use this company. This is not all the damage they caused, but I'm tired of typing all this junk. I repeat, DO NOT use this company if you want your furniture handled with respect.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!. This is the LEAST professional TM&AT that I have ever encountered. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We scheduled our move three weeks in advance, confirmed the day before, YET the movers still showed up 7HOURS LATE!!They hurried our stuff into the truck- not wrapping much, stacking some, and even ripping open some of the heavy duty boxes. They damaged several items (as well as the walls and door jams of our BRAND NEW house). They assembled our child's bunkbed UPSIDE DOWN, and even lost two of the essential screws/bolts. Four weeks after the move, they have yet to address the damage they have caused (and documented themselves) and they have stopped taking our phone calls. We have had to contact the National Office in hopes of a resolution, and may even need to take legal action. I would not recommend this branch to ANYONE- unless you like empty promises and damaged property!!!!!
